Studio apartments, on the other hand, are cozy and well-organized solutions, ideal for couples or single travelers looking for practical and comfortable accommodation.
The two-room apartments are spacious and bright, suitable for accommodating families or groups of friends. Equipped with a separate bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a modern bathroom, they offer a relaxing and functional environment.

The tourist tax of the City of Brixen is € 2.60 per night and adult person >14 years old.
For each apartment we provide one parking space in our indoor parking lot or in a nearby public garage. Parking is free of charge.
Our four-legged friends are welcome in our two-room apartments only.
We provide dog bed and bowls upon request. The additional price is 30 € per pet and stay.
It is strictly forbidden to leave pets on sofas and beds. In case of non-compliance with this rule, an additional cleaning fee of 100€ will be charged.
Of course bed linen and towels for all guests are included in the price.
Towels will be changed after the 3rd night, bed linen weekly.
At each change of both towels and linens there will be a cleaning of the apartment unless guests do not wish it.
Our apartments offer several options for making coffee to your liking: the Nespresso machine with capsules included, the American-style filter coffee machine, and the classic Italian moka for an authentic experience.
For tea lovers we provide an electric water kettle.
In our apartments, you will find a selection of body care products from the Tranquility by [comfort zone] line, which includes shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, hand soap and body lotion, to provide you with a complete wellness experience.
ISARCUS is a non-smoking hotel and there are no smoking areas inside.
However you are free to enjoy your beloved cigarette on the balcony of your apartment where we prepare blankets for the cold seasons.
