Unless otherwise specified (Article VI), nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall be construed to mean that CLOCKS is considered an agent or intermediary in relation to your contract with ISARCUS, the use of the web booking service, or any other obligations on your behalf or on behalf of any other third party.
II. Booking and Cancellation Policy
During the booking process, you can select one of the following booking options:
Flexible price / Last minute
This rate offers the most flexible access to the accommodation of your choice. The tourist tax is not included in this price. Reservations can be canceled free of charge until 2:00 PM 7 days prior to arrival. Reservations canceled after 7 days prior to arrival or in case of no-show must be paid in full.
14 days prior to your arrival, we will request a pre-authorization to charge your credit card 100% of the total amount, but only to verify its validity. Upon check-out, the pre-authorized amount will be canceled. The speed of the refund depends on your credit card issuer (usually 7-10 days).
Non-refundable price
This room rate offers the lowest available price. To qualify for this rate, full prepayment is required. In the event of changes or cancellations, the payment is non-refundable. If you depart early or cancel or fail to honor this reservation for any reason, you will not receive a credit or refund. Any extension of your stay will require a new reservation for additional dates, subject to availability and applicable rates.
All offers are subject to availability at the time of booking. The availability of the offer must be ISARCUS by ISARCUS .
III. Tax rates
The prices on our website are quoted in euros. They do not include the local accommodation tax (city tax), which ISARCUS collects ISARCUS behalf of the municipality and invoices separately at the rates applicable at the time the service is provided.
Prices are subject to change at any time. This does not apply to bookings already made, unless the applicable taxes are changed by law.
Offers cannot be combined with other offers or contracts and do not apply to groups. Prices are per apartment per night and vary depending on arrival date and/or length of stay. Unless otherwise stated, they include taxes and service charges.
IV. Terms of payment
warranty
All reservations require a guarantee or deposit. Guaranteed reservations will be held until 12:00 noon on the day after the scheduled arrival. If no guarantee or deposit has been provided within the time limit specified by us, the relevant reservations may be canceled without prior notice. We reserve the right to reallocate the apartment or room in question without prior notice. In this case, we are not obliged to refund any deposit paid by you (or any other person in connection with the booking).
Full payment
Full payment must be made at the time of booking (fixed booking and save – non-refundable) or upon arrival (flexible price). If you select the flexible rate and cancel your booking after 2:00 p.m. seven days prior to arrival or in case of a no-show, the full amount of the booked stay will be charged.

Accepted guarantee methods include: credit card, deposit, a pre-approved travel agency, or a pre-approved company. A deposit can be used as a guarantee method. The following payment methods are accepted: bank transfer, cash, and credit card. To guarantee the reservation and confirm the booking, credit card details (or details of other accepted payment methods) must be provided. In some cases (for prepayment or guarantee purposes), your credit card (or other accepted payment method) may be charged or pre-authorized.

All reservations paid in advance are non-refundable unless ISARCUS with you.
V. Access to the Website
This website is available free of charge. Neither CLOCKS nor ISARCUS responsible for any additional costs incurred by the user from a mobile phone provider or other telephone service provider.
There is no guarantee that this website or its content will be available at all times without interruption. Access to the website is permitted on a temporary basis. The website or any part thereof may be suspended, withdrawn, or interrupted without prior notice. Neither CLOCKS nor ISARCUS to the user if the website is unavailable for any reason at any time or for any period.
You are responsible for making all necessary arrangements to access the website. The user is also responsible for ensuring that all persons who access the website via the Internet connection are aware of these Terms and Conditions and comply with them.

VIII. Special conditions
pet policy
Pets are welcome in our two-room apartments. Additional cost per pet: €30 for the entire stay. We provide dog beds and food bowls. It is strictly forbidden to allow pets on sofas and beds. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a €100 charge for basic cleaning.
extra beds
Extra beds are available for €30 per night. ISARCUS to provide cots for children up to two years of age free of charge.
Check-in and check-out
Rooms are available from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. Please inform ISARCUS 24 hours in advance if you or a member of your group are expected to arrive after 7:00 p.m. Failure to provide this information may result in the cancellation of your reservation and the room being assigned to another customer. No deposit will be refunded without prior notice. Rooms must be vacated by 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Failure to depart within this time frame may result in additional charges of up to one additional night in the corresponding rooms.
Special requirements
If you or any of your group have special requests, you must notify ISARCUS time of booking. ISARCUS guarantee that a request will be fulfilled (and has no obligation to fulfill it, except in cases provided for by law) until ISARCUS has confirmed ISARCUS that it will be fulfilled. If ISARCUS to fulfill special requests, it reserves the right to cancel a reservation at the time of the request or at the time ISARCUS becomes ISARCUS of special requirements. Under certain circumstances, a prepaid deposit may be refunded, unless ISARCUS entitled to retain it in accordance with these terms and conditions.
